Payment & Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the
following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:
- Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date - refund to the customer
- Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check in date - refund to the customer
- Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date - No refund to the customer
Incase of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the
means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing
light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.
- There are occasional power cuts in Goa. We have a power backup available at the villa to suffice basic
needs. Air conditioners won't work on the backup power supply.
- A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours
after checkout.
- Being located in a gated community, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is
permitted only with prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
